TERMS OF SERVICE

Hair Society Policies

Appointments

Although we welcome walk-ins, most of our services are by appointment. Book sooner to avoid disappointment.

We recommend consultations for new clients and colour services to ensure the right time is booked and the best results are achieved.

Deposits

A deposit will be required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are redeemable against your final bill

  • Deposits can be transferred with at least 48 hours’ notice

 

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will require full prepayment for future bookings

 

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a reduced or rescheduled service.

Full charges may still apply.

Pricing

All prices are starting from and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, history, and time required.

A final price will be confirmed during consultation or before the service begins.

Colour Services & Allergy Testing

All new colour clients must have a skin test at least 48 hours before their appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if this has not been completed.

Hair Integrity Policy

We prioritise the health of your hair.

Services may be adjusted or refused if we believe they could compromise your hair condition.

 

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 7 days.

We will offer an adjustment where appropriate.

Refunds are not provided.

Retail Products

Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Salon Environment

We are committed to providing a calm and welcoming space.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

 

Personal belongs

Hair Society is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

 

Data & Privacy

Client information is used only for managing appointments and communication.

We do not share personal data with third parties.

Tuesdays: 9:30 - 17:00

Wednesday: 9:30 - 17:00

Thursdays: 9:30 - 19:00

Fridays: 9:30 - 18:00

Saturdays: 9:00 - 17:00
