FOUNDER & COLOUR DIRECTOR
As a typical Brazilian, Bia has always been passionate about hair and beauty. Working in the industry since 2005, she started her career assisting the renowned Mark Westbrook in London, a specialist in ‘Dry Carving’ technique. Having also trained at Wella & Loreal academies Bia has been a diligent student of her art and her craft. Bia’s passion is about helping everyone feel confident and beautiful. She became highly adept at understanding the intricate behaviours of hair from the struggles she had with her own and consequently the results she gained from mastering it. She now seeks to pass on all her experience and help every client get the perfect style that will fit their hair and lifestyle.

STYLIST
With three years of hands-on experience, I have developed a strong foundation in blonding and styling, with a growing specialism in soft, seamless babylights. I love creating natural, luminous results that enhance your features and grow out beautifully over time.
My hair journey started early, and that passion has only deepened as I continue to refine my skills within the Hair Society team. I am committed to ongoing education, ensuring every client benefits from modern techniques and a personalised approach.
For me, great hair is about more than how it looks. It is about how it makes you feel. My focus is to create effortless, wearable styles that fit your lifestyle and leave you feeling confident, relaxed, and truly looked after.

Meet Conor
STYLIST
Conor is a talented stylist with over six years of experience and a passion for precision cutting, modern colour, and effortless styling. He has also worked independently in Spain, gaining experience with a wide range of hair types while building a loyal client base. His work includes personalised hair services such as precision cuts, bespoke colour, and styling for weddings, events, and photoshoots. Known for his warm personality and attention to detail, Conor loves creating hair that feels natural, beautiful, and easy to manage at home. His goal is always to help clients feel confident, relaxed, and well looked after throughout their salon experience.

Meet Fatima
STYLIST
Originally from Venezuela, Fatima brings over 20 years of international experience, shaped by working across different cultures, hair types, and client needs. Her approach is personal and considered, focusing on what truly works for each individual rather than following trends.
Known for her calm, reassuring presence, she has a natural ability to understand the needs of the hair. Clients trust her honesty, experience, and the way she makes them feel completely at ease.
Fatima specialises in keratin treatments, delivering long lasting smoothing, repair, and restoration, with results that can last for months. She also enjoys working with blondes and refined shapes that enhance the hair’s natural movement and condition.
Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, she creates a warm, personalised experience for every client.
